One of the remarkable characteristics of the "harmony" culture is that conflicts in culture are only temporary changes and require reconciliation, which is common throughout the world. It is believed that Western culture seems to be more conflicted, while Chinese culture is more powerful in reconciling. The greatness of Chinese culture is that it can best reconcile, so that all parties to the conflict are inclusive, co-exist, and coordinate with each other.
